It might seem odd to report that we continue to serve Flash streams from our streaming platform to some of our clients 2 years after Adobe announced it would no longer be supported. Well here we are - it will no longer have any security updates, and must be sensibly replaced despite it serving the industry well. Many adopted it because of its low latency, and of course we will continue to use it as a popular ingest format to our platform (no player required), but times move on. If you want Ultra Low latency live streams (not HLS) optimised to under 1 second (glass to glass), then speak to us now so that we can release a more modern player which suits your live streaming needs, or if you just want a basic HTML5 service, we have always done that as well.
